I hereby certify that the above yacht is in seaworthy condition, that it contains the safety equipment prescribed in the International 110 Class Rules and the Sailing Instructions, and that I am responsible for its safety and that of my crew and me. I assume responsibility for the conduct of my crew and guests. I agree that I participate in these races at my own risk and that neither the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club and its officers, members, race committee or employees, nor the International 110 Class Association and any of its officers or members, nor 110 Fleets 7, 36, 28 and any of their officers or members are liable for any injury, damage or loss of any person or property.
My yacht is insured and the insurance, with a liability minimum of $300,000, is in effect.

The entry fee for the International 110 Class Championship Regatta is $190.00 ($210.00 for non-members of U.S Sailing). The entry fee covers the race committee fees for the regatta, two tickets for the Commodore’s Reception and barbeque dinner, continental breakfast for two at the Annual Meeting, and two tickets for the awards dinner at MBYC Friday evening. Additional food tickets will be available for purchase during registration and check-in on Monday, August 9.
